QGIS OSM

To use the OSM Downloader in QGIS, follow these steps:

Go to "Plugins" > "Manage and Install Plugins" and search for "OSM Downloader".
Install the OSM Downloader plugin and click "Close".
Click the "OSM Downloader" button in the "Web" toolbar.

Define the area that you want to download data for by either:
